Meet Our Founder
TherapyWise Clinic is owned and founded by Dr. Ruchika Bhargava
BPT, MIAP, PGCVR (Chester University, UK), who has over 14 years of clinical expertise.
Experience in Musculoskeletal Rehabilitation, with qualifications in Mulligan therapy, Mat Pilates (Merrithew USA), Kinesiology Sports taping (Germany), Dry Needling, lifelong learning to stay updated with the latest medical procedures is an integral part of her philosophy.
She has completed certificate courses in Aquatic Therapy (Aquastretch), NDT therapy certification for Pediatrics Rehabilitation and completed her Antenatal-Postnatal Certification. She has also been associated with many reputed brands such as Morgan Stanley, Caterpillar, Quest, Timken and Mashreq Bank to name a few, where she has helped establish her concept ‘Work Pain Free’.

TherapyWise offers multidisciplinary approach for over 100 medical conditions using Exercise therapy as its core concept. We offer Electrotherapy Services as an adjunct to our treatment plan. We also have considerable expertise in Musculoskeletal conditions and Paediatric rehabilitation (Neurological Conditions) and we also offer house care services In Bengaluru and Jaipur.
